EXPLOSIVES ACT, 1884:

  • Explosives Rules, 2008
  • Gas Cylinder Rules, 2004
  • Static & Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rules, 1981
  • Notification No. GSR 625(E) dated 07.08.1983 regarding Acetylene Generation

PETROLEUM ACT, 1934:

  • Petroleum Rules, 2002
  • Calcium Carbide Rules, 1987
  • Cinematography Film Rules, 1948

All operations are executed and monitored with efficiency and highest QHSE standards with key systems:-

  • Computer Networking System has been established to support all communications, data processing, and administration.
  • Maintaining up-to-date Inventory of explosives at every Explosives Magazine (Bunker) and makes effective and immediate support possible in responding to Clients requirements.
  • Monthly Physical Verification and Audit of every explosive magazine (bunker) and branches makes 100% compliance with rules and regulations as well as client requirement.
  • Established nationwide web base program in explosives market. Every day to day operation is worked out by web based programming. It also helps to give immediate feedback to clients.
  • Spacious Working Environment for inspection of Explosives and having large warehousing facility across the country. Every loading and unloading of Explosives being in guidance with well trained and experienced Magazine In - charge.

New Dealer networks in Explosives industries are planned to be established for the new products to be imported.

Future Aims:-

SAP B1

SEPL is replacing its Enterprise Resource Planning Tools (ERP) with SAP B1. It will help us to streamline business processes and operations and optimize corporate services. It will also help us to ensure our day-to-day operations run more smoothly, confidently address evolving regulatory standards and minimizing risk.

Satellite Vehicle Tracking System

SEPL is aiming to install Satellite Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS) in its all Explosive Vans. Vehicle Tracking System will help us to monitor our vehicles 24 hours, keep watch on current location of Vehicles, plan journey of vehicles, keep watch on speed of vehicles and safe driving, guide drivers about roads in urban areas, remind for regularly services of Vehicles. By this system, we will deliver better service to our clients.
